A weather forecast is not equally reliable everywhere. This ranks Skåne's towns by how often they tend to be the easier call for a forecaster, compared with the rest of the region.
When a calm, settled air mass sits over the region, every forecast model sees more or less the same day and the forecast usually turns out right. When the weather hangs on the timing of a front, a band of showers, a sea breeze or a wind shift, a small error grows quickly and the forecast for that spot is closer to a coin toss.
How predictable a place is changes from day to day with the weather pattern. Some towns, though, land on the easier side more often than others: their weather tends to change slowly, heavy rain is less frequent, and they sit away from the sharp temperature boundary between land and sea. This page shows that longer run tendency, a ranking within Skåne, not a score you can compare with other regions, and not a guarantee for any single day. The notes under each town say what pulls it up or down.
