Skåne, Sweden
Malmö is Skåne's biggest city, sitting on the coast where the sound between Sweden and Denmark is at its narrowest, close enough to Copenhagen to see it across the water. That coastal position moderates the temperature through the year: winters tend to be milder and summers a touch cooler than towns further inland, and the sea keeps the biggest day to day swings less common.
Being on the coast also means marine weather matters here: sea fog, onshore wind, and how quickly a shower moves in off the water are often more worth watching than a sharp change in temperature.
